Jerome

Free Catholic Bible and Church Document Software. We are developing a fully Catholic version of the Sword free bible software that will be used for developing Catholic Semantic Web tools.
Introduction
Jerome is a fork of the sword project. Sword is an opensource free bible software project. Sword does not include the Deuterocanonicals. Sword comes with a variety of protestant resources.

1) We want to contribute to the sword project by enhancing sword to work with the deuterocanonicals.
2) We want to distribute a fully Catholic version of Sword which we have called 'Jerome'.

We will maintain compatibility with Sword and contribute to their code base and seek to help them anyway we can. We are very thankful for all the wonderful work they have done and pray for their continued success.

We will distribute a fully Catholic version (jerome) and make many Catholic resources available for it (modules, eg Catechism).
