How to use this website
The principals of developing this site and project management. How to use the tools on this site. What should go where.
This site is setup to make things as easy as possible for the projects that are on it. Because those projects involve a wide range of types and skilling, this site must allow for all those interests. It is also limited by the plone products we are using.
Here is an explanation of the key areas of the site and what should go where.
1) Generally, things should go where that type of thing is kept, eg software product in products, howtos under help/howtos
2) Things should go where they are most likely for easy access, eg the team section should have links to all the information for each team.
3) Major navigation folders are there to collect content covering that aspect from across the site, eg research, projects.
4) Content is interlinked for ease of reference. eg a software link is under projects.
Here is a list of the major folders sections in order of importance.
